Our Project
Inspired by the famous cocktail and the Mediterranean lifestyle, Santat is produced near Bordeaux. It takes its name (meaning “Cheers”) from the Occitan language spoken near Spain. A bold and sophisticated bitter orange flavor and a lower calorie count makes it the perfect beverage for any occasion – it just happens to be alcohol free! Refreshing and not too sweet, its flavor will make you wonder how it can be so good and alcohol-free!
Our Origins
Founded in 2010 and directed by Mathilde Boulachin, a native of the Champagne region, Maison Chavin, is a trendsetter in the beverage industry, based in the south of France. As a woman deeply rooted in the world of wine and an expert in marketing, Mathilde Boulachin has become a rising star in the NOLO (no- and low-alcohol) movement and the "sober curiosity" trend. Under her leadership, Maison Chavin has expanded the reach of its innovative creations to over 60 countries worldwide, demonstrating a commitment to both sustainable growth and environmental stewardship.
Our Story
Santat was created as a collaboration between Epicurean, a diverse company based in Atlanta and founded over 20 years ago to offer high quality French products to US consumers, and Pierre Chavin, a woman-owned company located in Southwest France. The best of France and the best of the United States fused into one delicious beverage!
